Refund Policy

At Sudz Laundry Services, we take pride in providing quality wash, fold, press, and dry-cleaning services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds or re-cleaning are offered. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Re-Cleaning

  • Service Issues. If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning quality, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a free re-clean of the affected item(s) before considering a refund.

  • Damaged or Lost Items. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. Refunds are handled per our Terms & Conditions (liability is limited and may be capped).

  • Missed Pickups/Deliveries. If we miss a scheduled pickup or delivery due to our error, we will reschedule promptly at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Normal wear and tear (shrinkage, fading, loose buttons, etc.) from standard cleaning processes.

  • Items with missing/illegible care labels or fragile fabrics sent at customer’s risk.

  • Items containing Prohibited Materials (e.g., hazardous substances, infestations, chemicals, items left in pockets).

  • Service fees already incurred, including missed pickup fees or extra handling charges.

  • eGift cards, promotional credits, and delivery fees (unless required by law).

 

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • In some cases, we may offer service credits toward a future order instead of a monetary refund.

 

4. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
